This is a concept explosion in a blank environment, I came up with the idea when I was playing GhostRecon.
I used Photoshop to create it without any other pic or stock photo (except for the flying piece of a satellite).
It involves multiple gradients, glows , blurs and grunge brushes.
With emphasis on debris, sparks, shockwave and vibration of the metal rings. Hope you like it.
